Although I live in east Tennessee, I have many personal and professional ties to the northeast, so I spend a lot of time traveling up and down Virginia’s Interstate 81. One of my favorite towns is Staunton, just moments from I-81. The gentle, rolling hills of downtown feature historic architecture and southern charm. I caught this moment during a summer evening and I loved its overall warmth.
