The graceful swoop of hemlocks along Honey Creek in central Pennsylvania's Reeds Gap State Park drew my eye to this moment. Measurable winter snowfalls are often arriving later in the season, and I caught this moment in mid-February. The wonderful afternoon light brought added color and dimension to this subject.
